After you have filled out the online repair request, you can drop off or mail your drone to us. (Please do not send us your drone until you have filled out an online repair request!)
To drop off your drone: Drop off at the UPS Store located at 3780 Old Norcross Rd, in the Kroger shopping center. Put your drone in any box, or you can use your case. Just bring it in to the store, tell them its for Thunderdrones box 332, tell them your name, give them the drone, and they will contact us to come and pick it up. If you have any questions, please call me at (678) 763-4427. The UPS store handles all my incoming packages. After your drone is done, you can come and pick it up at my shop which is 5 minutes away from there.
To mail your drone, please use US Mail or UPS: Send it to: Thunderdrones, 3780 Old Norcross Rd, Suite 103-332, Duluth, GA 30096. We will email you to let you know when it arrives.
