If you need service to your DJI drone, we can help. We have bought, sold and repaired thousands DJI Products. These include Phantoms, Mavics, Inspires and Matrices.
We charge a $75 diagnostic fee up front when you fill out the online repair request. You then choose the max amount you will spend on the repair not including shipping. Just send your drone in to us, you pay for shipping. We will repair it if the repair cost is less than the amount you want to spend. Then when the repair is done, we will send you a Paypal invoice. If the repair cost is above your budget, all you will owe is $75 plus return shipping. If you decide to repair it, the $75 estimate fee is applied to the repair.
It will take 7-10 business days after we have received your drone to generate the estimate. We will email you when the estimate is complete. The estimate is just that, we will address what the error messages are and what physical damage is apparent. If we find any additional things that need to be repaired after the estimate and test flight, we will let you know before we finish the repair and wont proceed until we get your approval.
Turnaround time for the repair varies by drone, but usually 7-10 business days after you have accepted the estimate.

We work from my shop in Duluth, Georgia, but we dont not accept drop offs at my shop, you need to drop it at my UPS store. When its done, you pick it up at my shop. We receive all our repairs at the UPS store near my shop. You can drop it off there M-F 8:30am – 6pm, Sat 10-2. Make sure you put everything in a box, or your carrying case. Write your name, then Thunderdrones Box 103-332 on the box (or your case). After we pick it up, we will send you an email that we received it.

When we receive your drone, we take a written inventory of what is in the box. We then put a name tag on all your items, and put your box on the triage shelf in date order that your drone was received. Before we begin work on your drone, we give it complete exterior inspection, and make notes of everything we receive.
